Key Responsibilities

  • Perform statistical analysis and evaluation of staffing expenses compared to internal peers, external benchmarks, budgeted and historical trends.
  • Construct, review and recommend approval for the annual budget for each clinic/group.
  • Calculate and submit the accurate and appropriate physician draw, incentive, and other physician payments timely to payroll for payment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (or similar) is required.
  • Master’s Degree or CPA is preferred (progressive experience in lieu of degree, or partial passing of CPA may be considered).
  • Two years of accounting experience, finance, analysis or related experience preferred, preferably in Healthcare.
