About the Role

Join Heartland Community Health Center – Lawrence, KS as a Pharmacist in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Interact face to face with public and staff

actively engaging and finding ways to assist patients in accessing medications

Reviews prescriptions issued by providers to assure accuracy and determine formulas and ingredients needed

Responsible for accurately filling prescriptions issued by providers in a safe, efficient, and timely manner in accordance with all State and Federal laws

Requirements

Previous FQHC/340B pharmacy experience preferred

Must hold current Kansas Pharmacist’s License

Maintain Continuing Education as required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Customer service oriented; patient centered focus that promotes minimizing barriers to obtaining medications for patients

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $107,000 to $139,000 annually.
