• Provide high quality primary care for adult, pediatric, and obstetric patients of Jericho Road Community Health Center.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy, licensed to practice in New York State prior to start date of employment

• Completion of three

• year or four

• year Family Medicine Residency

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $175,000 to $200,000 annually.
