Key Responsibilities

• must be completed in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, State and Federal laws, pharmacy standard operating procedures, work instructions, and corporate policies.

• This is a hybrid position.

• Responsibilities Verify both the patient and prescriber are enrolled in the appropriate REMS program.

• Confirm all required conditions are met before reaching out to the patient for clinical counseling.

Requirements

• Education/Degree Requirements/Certifications Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D.

• Must have a valid Pharmacist license in the state of Pennsylvania that is in good standing.

• USD $136,200.00 /Yr.
