Key Responsibilities

This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities Verify both the patient and prescriber are enrolled in the appropriate REMS program.

Confirm all required conditions are met before reaching out to the patient for clinical counseling.

Requirements

Education/Degree Requirements/Certifications Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D.

Must have a valid Pharmacist license in the state of Pennsylvania that is in good standing.
