Key Responsibilities

The Primary Therapist will provide individual and group therapy services within a structured outpatient setting while developing client-centered treatment plans. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field and possess a valid Massachusetts license. Preference is given to those with 1-2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting and proficiency in evidence-based practices.
