Key Responsibilities

The Community Residence Counselor provides direct patient care and supports the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the Program Manager. Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, medication reminders, meal preparation, and maintaining clear clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. At least one year of patient care or psychiatric experience is required, along with a valid driver's license.
