Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree along with at least one year of pharmacy experience, and must be eligible for or hold a Texas State Board of Pharmacy license. Required certifications include ACPE-IV Sterile Compounding and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
