About the Role

Join Choices Coordinated Care Solutions as a Family Therapist Contractor – $75/Hour, Flexible Schedule in United States. Choices Coordinated Care Solutions Do you have experience working with the Department of Child Services or Juvenile Justice? Do you have a passion for working with children and families who have experienced trauma, including abuse or neglect?

Key Responsibilities

Centered Therapist– Independent Contractors are responsible for, but not limited to:

Providing Home Based Therapy services for up to 12 families, referred by the Indiana Department of Child Service (DCS), which can also include youth and families involved with Juvenile Probation.

Scheduling relevant calls, meetings, etc. to gather information related to the referral.

Conducting clinical assessments of strengths and needs, development of treatment plans, providing evidence

Requirements

Ability to meet frequent deadlines, such as entering progress notes electronically within 48 hours.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, operating apps on a smartphone, scanning and sending documents and ability to learn to use an electronic health system quickly.

Ability to multi

task and manage difficult tasks independently.
