Key Responsibilities

Must speak Spanish fluently & be able to provide therapy services in Spanish! Description Perform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence based practices Providing counseling and therapy for patients using evidence based treatment modalities Display competency as an individual, family, and group therapist Maintain own professional development as required by licensing board Complete required documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner Works closely with patient and family and team to overcome obstacles in treatment Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Demonstrates cultural competency and commitment Respond quickly to an urgent or emergent need Maintain a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients daily Compensation Range: $70,000 - $85,000 The salary/rate range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary/rate for this role.
