Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Provide individual and group therapy; assess client needs and readiness for change; engage, motivate, and re‑engage resistant or disengaged clients.
- Documentation & Caseload Management: Maintain an active caseload; track treatment progress; complete timely, accurate documentation and incident reports; meet productivity standards.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with case managers and multidisciplinary team members to support client needs and facilitate appropriate referrals and community linkages.
- Program & Compliance: Adhere to ethical, confidentiality, and regulatory
