About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Counseling: Facilitate intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient individual, group, and family counseling sessions using evidence

based practices like Motivational Interviewing and CBT.

Educate clients and their families about addiction, treatment options, and recovery strategies.

Requirements

Assisted Recovery (MAR): Coordinate with medical staff to support clients receiving medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) and other FDA

approved treatments.

Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and de

escalation for clients experiencing overdose risk or acute withdrawal.
