Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • Call responsibilities required.
  • Weekend coverage may be required.
  • Day shift only - no nights.

This position offers day shifts only. Work with American Addiction Centers in Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

The therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate, facilitate, and monitor individualized treatment plans for adult inpatient services, providing quality individual, couple, family, and group therapy focused on patient diagnoses and needs. Responsibilities also include providing crisis intervention, functioning as part of the interdisciplinary team, and managing documentation and discharge planning.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in a related clinical social services field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Counseling) and hold a specific training license from Wisconsin (Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Advanced Practice Social Worker, or Interim Psychologist). Experience must include supervised clinical rotations/practicum, and the role requires active participation in clinical supervision.
