Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will plan and administer skilled physical therapy treatments to patients in their homes to improve functional disabilities. They are also responsible for documenting patient progress, supervising therapy assistants, and collaborating with the clinical team to adjust treatment plans.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and a current, unrestricted license to practice in Hawaii. A minimum of one year of recent experience in both an institutional setting and a home health agency is required.
