Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and hold current licensure as a pharmacist in the practicing state. Required experience includes completion of an ASHP accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency or three years of clinical pharmacy experience.
