About the Role

Join Cortica as a Behavior Interventionist providing naturalistic, play-based ABA therapy for children with neurodevelopmental differences. Work full-time or part-time with flexible schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and group ABA services.
Implement positive behavior strategies.
Document session data and collaborate with families.
Follow crisis protocols including de-escalation.

Requirements

Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Tech-savvy with EMR and Microsoft Office.

Pay range $23.62 to $31.69 per hour.
