Work remotely as a Case Manager RN for CVS Health in Missouri. Manage case activities telephonically to support member wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Active RN license in state of residence.
• 3+ years acute hospital clinical experience.
• Associate’s degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
