This Utilization Case Nurse Manager position is located in Quality and Patient Safety at the Orlando VA Medical Center. The Utilization Case Nurse Manager are responsible for serving as the content expert in the areas of Utilization Review and Case Management throughout the Health Care System team.

Duties including but not limited too

Lead Utilization Management and Case Management programs across the healthcare system.
Serve as the expert on utilization review, InterQual criteria, and case management practices

• Monitor UM/CM data and conduct reviews to ensure compliance and efficiency.
