Case Manager Registered Nurse (Remote), MO

About the Role

This is a 100% remote Case Manager Registered Nurse role with CVS Health, supporting members telephonically and face-to-face to assess and coordinate case management activities. The position focuses on evaluating medical needs to facilitate overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate case management activities.
• Evaluate member needs and benefit eligibility.
• Apply clinical judgment to reduce risk factors and barriers.
• Collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license in state of residence.
• 3+ years acute hospital clinical experience.
• Associate’s degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (paid).

• Salary range $54,095 - $116,760 annually.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm with flexible shift hours.
• Occasional late shifts until 9:00pm.
