Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) – 4 Day Flexible Schedule

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training in a home health setting. They are also responsible for educating patients and caregivers, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supervising Physical Therapist Assistants.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance are also required for travel between patient homes.
