Organization: SRMC-Sutter Roseville Med Center Position Overview: Provides psychosocial assessment, individual/group treatment, family therapy, discharge and aftercare planning to patients and their families for mental health recovery.

Key Responsibilities

develop strategic partnerships to enhance aftercare plans of patients and their families.

provide psychosocial care appropriate to the age-specific needs of children, adolescents, adults and elders.
