Key Responsibilities

• As a Nurse Practitioner at CleanSlate, you’ll play a vital clinical role in treating patients with opioid and alcohol use disorders through medication-assisted treatment (MAT).

• You’ll work alongside a team of dedicated medical and behavioral health professionals to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Monday–Friday schedule; No Weekends, No Night, No On-call Generous PTO, floating holiday, and paid company holidays Full.
