Key Responsibilities
- will provide consultant-level psychiatric care within adult services, including: Assessment, admission, management and discharge of patients Working across inpatient and community mental health settings Participation in an on-call roster Supervising and supporting junior medical staff Contributing to teaching through the RANZCP training program and medical school Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to deliver recovery-focused care What we’re looking for Eligibility for registration with AHPRA Eligibility for, or Fellowship with, RANZCP Experience working at Consultant / Specialist level in psychiatry Strong understanding of multidisciplinary mental health services Why Darwin? - Salary: Specialist Clinician: $249,959 – $305,454 package; Senior Specialist Clinician: $315,843 – $349,187 package
- 30 days PTO.
