Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency with professional experience in 1) Family Practice or 2) Internal Medicine + Pediatric.
  • Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; Active state license required; DEA preferred.
  • CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.
  • Per state regulations, may be required to have a dispensing license.
