Key Responsibilities

Case Management and Collaboration: The Child and Family Mental Health Provider will maintain ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong partnerships.

This may include communication with referral sources, service providers, community mental health providers and care team members.

as well as, assisting families with accessing community services and transitioning to other treatment providers when needed.

Requirements

Master's Degree and 1-2 years experience LMSW MO Licensed Master's Social Worker MO If you are hired to work in Missouri, you need to have Missouri License (LMSW/LCSW) or (LPC) upon hire.

Within 90 days you must also obtain a Kansas License.

LCSW MO Licensed Clinical Social Worker MO If you are hired to work in Missouri, you need to have Missouri License (LMSW/LCSW) or (LPC) upon hire.

Within 90 days you must also obtain a Kansas License.

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly rate: $31.15/hr.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.
