About the Role
Join Ascension as a Physician Practice Operations Manager in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily practice operations to create a seamless patient flow and a supportive environment where clinicians can focus entirely on delivering exceptional care.
- Create and execute strategic business plans in partnership with physician leadership to drive practice growth and meet long-term financial goals.
- Support and develop clinical and administrative teams through proactive performance management and recruitment, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet patient demand.
- Oversee the practice’s financial health by monitoring budgets, billing cycles, and vendor relations to ensure the site remains a sustainable, high-performing asset.
