Join Joint Commission as a Home Care Pharmacist Surveyor in United States. Overview Surveys healthcare pharmacy programs across the United States. Key Responsibilities

  • Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.
  • Current professional license in discipline required at time of hire and must be maintained.
  • Five years of experience working in home infusion and hospital settings, this would include three years direct clinical experience, and two years management experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with USP 797, 795 and 800 required.
