About the Role

Join Amana Living as a Social Worker in United States. The Role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, person orientated individual to join our organisation as a Social Worker. This is full-time role at Lady McCusker Home in Duncraig.

Key Responsibilities

Undertaking social work assessments, including psychosocial assessments for all assigned clients in consultation with other team members

Liaising with clinical staff/ pharmacy and informing them of residents’ planned discharge dates for transport arrangements

Case management may include supporting clients with State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) and guardianship processes.

Planning and undertaking social work interventions with clients, in conjunction with their families and the multidisciplinary team
