Requirements
- and escalate to Operations, Territory Medical Director, and Risk Management.
- Meet monthly with Health Center Managers and DOs to review operational and clinical opportunities and ensure proper communication across all departments within the organization.
- Collaborate with district administrative staff as it relates to timely locking of patient medical records, and related EHR tasks to ensure patient safety.
- Evaluate and address medical grievances from clinicians, and coordinate solutions in partnership with Territory Medical Director, VP of Operations, and escalates to CMO.
