We are partnering with a well-established and growing nephrology practice in the Washington, D. C. area that is seeking an additional General Nephrologist to join their team. Due to continued market growth, this opportunity offers a dynamic and collaborative environment. The practice is structured into multiple pods, and the incoming physician will work alongside three other nephrologists and a nurse practitioner while covering multiple hospitals and dialysis units in the immediate area. Weekend call is shared on a 1:4 rotation, ensuring a balanced schedule. A partnership opportunity is available after three years, providing a clear pathway for long-term career growth.
