About the Role

Join Kintegra Health as a STLC Behavioral Health Lead in United States.

Key Responsibilities

THE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH LEAD WILL ALSO CONTINUE TO PROVIDE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SCREENING, BRIEF INTERVENTION, EDUCATION, AND REFERRAL SERVICES FOR PARTICIPANTS WHERE NEEDED.

PROVIDES ONGOING CONSULTATION AND TREATMENT PLANNING SUPPORT FOR BEHAVIORALISTS, NURSE PRACTITIONERS, SOCIAL WORKERS, AND TEACHING PERSONNEL TO MEET THE NEEDS OF INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANTS AND STLC.

WILL WORK WITH PARTICIPANTS WITH PSYCHOSOCIAL, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, CHRONIC DISEASE, BEHAVIOR CHANGE, AND/OR SUBSTANCE USE CONCERNS.
