Key Responsibilities

Orient new participants to the expectations of, services offered by, and treatment plan s/he will work towards while at FR Health

Aid participants in setting and achieving short and long

term goals by promoting adaptive coping skills that will set the participant up for success

Liaison with family, friends, partners, and outside stakeholders (i. e. Peer Support) to create a supportive environment and ensure continuity of care

Requirements

Specific qualifications may vary based on assignment

Master or Doctorate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or social science

Licensed with the Washington State Department of Health as an LMHCA, LMFTA or LAICSW, or by the Board of Psychology as a Licensed Psychologist.

Minimum of two years’ experience in evaluating and/or treating persons suffering from mental illness and/or substance abuse

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.
