Join South Texas Mental Health Associates as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist – No Weekends in United States. Description South Texas Mental Health Associates is a clinician-led, integrated mental health group with a mission to expand access to high-quality care in underserved markets. Our primary focus is compassionate psychiatric care with close integration between therapist and provider.
Key Responsibilities
- will be responsible for delivering all therapy services including providing therapy sessions to clients in an outpatient setting and monitoring patient progress.
- Must dress professionally Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent communication skills Previous experience with leading group therapies is a plus Must provide a comfortable atmosphere for patients and demonstrate sympathy Must pass a background check Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are needed State license that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing for an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
