About the Role

In this role, you will work directly with clients to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence, restore functional abilities, and enhance overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the licensed Occupational Therapist.
  • Conduct occupational exercises and activities with clients, focusing on improving independence, finctional abilities, and quality.
  • Assess and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist program and hold current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Michigan, along with CPR certification. Strong interpersonal, communication, and adaptability skills are also necessary.
