Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse conducts clinical, financial, and resource utilization reviews to optimize patient outcomes and reduce length of stay. They facilitate communication between payers and the healthcare team while managing a designated patient caseload to prevent avoidable delays and denials.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate degree in Nursing and a valid Registered Nurse license. A minimum of 3 years of hospital clinical experience is preferred, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
