Job Description
This full-time Nurse Practitioner position in Psychiatry is based at the San Francisco Clinic in Walnut Creek, California, part of Rogers Behavioral Health. The NP will work under the supervision of a collaborating physician, serving as a team leader in a multi-faceted treatment model across multiple levels of care including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient services.
Compensation ranges from $134,045 to $160,854 annually, with an additional RVU bonus of $44.10 per RVU. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and an employee assistance program. The schedule includes participation in an established call schedule.
Candidates must be licensed Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with board eligibility or certification, preferably with leadership experience in behavioral health. This role requires collaboration with physicians and other team members to provide comprehensive psychiatric care.
