Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Administrative Responsibilities (20hrs/week)
- ○ Representing the rights of both providers and patients to ensure they are all treated with respect and dignity.
- ○ Build relationships with providers and stakeholders by establishing strong relationships with physicians and advanced practice clinicians.
- ○ Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the practice's unique offerings and advantages.
- ○ Remote care using audio and visual technology to complete patient examinations, evaluation, assessments, diagnoses and treatment plans.
- ○ Provide an environment in which patients feel comfortable and free from judgment.
Requirements
- ○ Stay current with licensure and appropriate re-certifications.
- ○ Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
- ○ Board certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
- ○ Certification with American Board of Obesity Medicine recommended but not required.
- ○ You have an active, unrestricted license to practice in Illinois
- ○ Minimum of 5 years of in person or remote clinical experience practicing as a physician outside of residency or fellowship training

- ○ Attend networking events, medical conferences and community health fairs to increase visibility and create referral opportunities.
- ○ See adults ages 16+ for primary care and metabolic health
- ○ See pediatric patients ages 12+ for metabolic health only, if appropriately licensed and experienced.
- ○ Ensure your patient panel is open to any individual, regardless of their current health status and comorbidities.
Work Schedule
- Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexible scheduling 20 clinical hours/week, 20 administrative hours/week.
- On-Call: Phone call only, in a rotation every 10 weeks for a week at a time. 24/7/365. First line nurse led call service over nights and weekends
