Key Responsibilities

1) DOCUMENTATION Completes timely, thorough assessment reports with problem-related treatment plan.

Completes and updates interventions/reports in timely manner for MDT Tx Plans.

Completes group graphics on time.

Enters concise progress notes in timely manner related to specific tx goals.
