Highlands features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Highlands Behavioral Health System is an 86 bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Littleton, CO.
  • Highlands features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs.
  • Admissions to the Hospital are facilitated through coordinated efforts with the Business Office, Utilization Review and the Department of Nursing Services.

Requirements

  • Requirements: Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Counseling.
  • Licensed Clinican in the state of Colorado, preferred but not required.
  • If not licensed must have the ability to obtain licensure (LPC or LCSW).
  • Supervision for employees working towards licensure can be provided onsite.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: $6/hr differential

Work Schedule

  • Per Diem position.
  • Night or evening shifts may be required.
