Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Telehealth clients' needs.

Assists Psychiatry clients by taking weight, blood pressure, and client screenings prior to visit.

Ensures all new clients have an in person visit to review the welcome packet and sign all consents.

Requirements

Gather information and assist with providing community resources.

Reviewing scheduled clients one week in advance of visit and ensuring requested urine drug screen orders are complete or rescheduling the visit.

Build rapport with patients and their families.

Communicate and assist in coordinating care with other departments and resources.
