About the Role

Rivia Mind seeks a licensed mental health counselor or social worker to provide psychotherapy primarily via telehealth across multiple states. The role emphasizes compassionate, science-based care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, MI, and other modalities.
Maintain a weekly average of 31 patients.
Conduct intake evaluations and develop treatment plans.
Participate in supervision and training groups.
Provide crisis intervention and coaching.

Requirements

LMSW or MHC licensure in New York State.
Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related.
At least 1 year psychotherapy experience.

Salary range $60,000 - $74,000 annually.
Quarterly bonuses up to $4,000.
