About the Role

Join Avenue 360 Health and Wellness as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct adult psychiatric evaluations, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications for adults and MAT/MOUD therapies, including buprenorphine, naltrexone, and other approved medications for those enrolled in addiction services.

Provide follow-up care, medication management, and support for patients engaged in psychiatric treatment, substance use recovery and mental health treatment.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, therapists, case managers, and peer recovery specialists to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

Requirements

BC). Current, unrestricted license to practice as an APRN in the state of Texas. DEA license with X
