About the Role
Join WESTCHESTER JEWISH COMMUNITY SERVICES as a Mental Health Counselor in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessment and develop written treatment plan with the client (collaborative documentation) in compliance with OMH regulations.
- Provide appropriate clinical documentation and agency reports (e. g. clinician’s schedule, treatment plans) in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Provide treatment in evidence
- based modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited school.
- Possession of NYS licensure (LMHC) strongly preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required with MHC; if licensed, bilingual is preferred.
- Excellent clinical experience with mentally ill, substance abuse afflicted populations.

- Salary range: $60,000 to $75,000 annually.
