Requirements

Qualifications: Education and Experience: Board certification or Board eligibility in family medicine is required.

Graduation from an accredited school of medicine is required.

Prefer three (3) years of experience within a primary health care environment, preferably in medically needy and underserved communities and in a community health center setting.

Qualifications: Current, valid license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon, including a DEA license and CPR required.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $225K - $300K

CME allowance: $5,000.

Student loan repayment assistance.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Call responsibilities required.

Weekend coverage may be required.
