Requirements

Candidates must possess a professional level of knowledge in Occupational Therapy, obtained through an accredited baccalaureate or higher degree program, and must be legally authorized to practice in Michigan. Required qualifications include valid National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy certification, Michigan state registration, one year of experience with frail or elderly populations, and two years of appropriate experience as an occupational therapist.
