About the Role

Join Cortica as a Behavior Technician in Auburn, MA, delivering naturalistic, play-based ABA therapy to children with neurodevelopmental differences. This role includes paid training and certification to launch your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services.
  • Implement positive behavior strategies developed with BCBAs.
  • Document session data and track treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with families and supervisors.
  • Follow crisis protocols including de-escalation and mandated reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
  • High school diploma or higher.
  • Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days (training provided).
  • Reliable transportation for travel within 30-40 minute radius.
  • Tech-savvy with EMR and Microsoft Office.
