Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs and continuing education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide clinical coaching and mentorship.

Requirements

• RN or NP license with board certification or ability to certify.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Proficiency in technology and curriculum design.

• Salary range $80,000 to $110,000 annually.
