About the Role

Join P3 Health Partners as a Nurse Practitioner – Home Visits, On-Call in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive in
  • Perform evidence
  • based practice screenings including point of care testing (as appropriate).
  • Identify diagnoses to be used in care management and active medical management in the furtherance of treatment.

Requirements

  • Medical/Master’s Degree and Certification
  • Maintain a controlled substance license along with an unrestricted State DEA license
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
  • Valid State Driver’s License with a clean DMV record
