About the Role
Join P3 Health Partners as a Nurse Practitioner – Home Visits, On-Call in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive in
- Perform evidence
- based practice screenings including point of care testing (as appropriate).
- Identify diagnoses to be used in care management and active medical management in the furtherance of treatment.
Requirements
- Medical/Master’s Degree and Certification
- Maintain a controlled substance license along with an unrestricted State DEA license
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- Valid State Driver’s License with a clean DMV record
