The Senior Behavior Analyst will lead clinical care by designing individualized treatment plans and supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers. They will also conduct FBAs and partner directly with families to drive progress and ensure effective implementation of ABA programs.
Candidates must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. Additionally, an active LBA certification in the state of North Carolina is required.
