Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral level program completion from an accredited institution
- Qualification for licensure in Illinois and eligibility for a Controlled Substances Registration Certificate (DEA)
- Completion of accredited PMHNP program (didactic + supervised clinical hours)
- Strong written communication skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of required documentation
