Key Responsibilities
- Creates, monitors, and disseminates resident presentation schedules
- Creates, monitors, and disseminates faculty lecture schedules
- Monitors completion and compliance of resident work hour logs.
- Tracks procedural competency of trainees and schedules simulation experiences to support trainee needs Administrative
Requirements
- Critically evaluates program policies to ensure alignment with institutional and accreditation requirements.
- Responds to any additional institutional GME requests. Credentialing
- Ensures appropriate documentation is prepared when a trainee enters a Special CCC process or remediation
- Maintains appropriate documentation for board eligibility. Evaluation
